Yes! We warmly invite all our cherished guests to dress in attire that matches or complements our wedding color palette: Wine, Burgundy, Gold, Champagne, and/or Cream. You can wear these colors as your primary colors or add them as accents to your outfit. Yay coordinated photos!

Attire for the wedding is cocktail attire. We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates.

The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at a private venue called Sequoia Mansion. It is located at 643 Bee St, Placerville, CA 95667. The venue is less than 5 minutes off Highway 50 and very easy to get to by car.

Please plan ahead for travel to Placerville; allow extra time for potential delays due to ongoing roadwork and lane closures on Highway 50 and I-80.

The closest airport to our venue is Sacramento International Airport (SMF).

We are planning an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. We encourage our guests to dress warmly as you may be seated outside for up to 60 minutes. The average temperature on our wedding day is around 60°F, though it has ranged from 45–62°F in past years.

Yes, there is parking available on site with additional street parking, if needed.

We will offer light refreshments and hors d'oeuvres during social hour and a dinner buffet during reception for our guests to enjoy. Main entrée choices for dinner will be salmon and beef. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know.

There will not be an open bar. Wine and soft drinks will be provided with dinner and a cash bar will be available for anyone interested in other options.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! Should you wish to bring a gift or card to our wedding, there will be a gift table and card box for your convenience.

Doors will open to guests at 2:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM

We are looking forward to an unplugged (phone-free) ceremony. We have hired a photographer to capture this moment with their professional camera, so you can capture how it feels with your hearts. We promise to share these images with everyone after the wedding. Cameras are welcome at our plugged-in reception. Snap away!
